Teaching Experience
Philosophy: I believe that teaching is an opportunity to meet students where they're at and work with them to get them closer to where they want to go. Not everyone loves language and writing, but everyone can learn from engaging with diverse texts and applying a critical lens to the stories we're sharing and the ways we are sharing them. My teaching practice is centered in writing as a process, and I encourage students to experiment with their writing and revisions as much as possible.
